Shipping policy

NOTE- Processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Conditions may arise pertaining the timing of fulfilling an order, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of the brand's control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free domestic shipping for orders over $40.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. At this time, we do not ship to the European Union. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Shop Filth 619 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. The mail carrier will also provide information, with use of the tracking number, on the status of the order. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop.filth69@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Each carrier has a policy unique to them.
